Attorney David Bray
Mr. Bray has represented HOAs as general corporate counsel throughout all of Nevada, with significant litigation experience in the areas of contracts, construction defect, corporate law, appellate practice and real estate matters.
Mr. Bray provides advice to community associations in all aspects of their daily operations and transactional matters. He has also represented community associations and homeowners in complex construction defect litigation and whether through trial, arbitration or settlement, has successfully recovered in excess of $30 million dollars in damages on behalf of deserving clients.
